FEMTECH is a business acceleration program aimed at women entrepreneurs who are focused on growing their business – in a practical and personalized way.

Participants become part of the Femmies Network (a network of contact and sharing) with 120 women.

This program started in South Africa and has already been implemented in Namibia, Tanzania and in Mozambique by ideialab

Femtech is composed of three workdays (whole days):

Workshop 1: 19, 20 and 21 February
Workshop 2: 28 and 29 March
Workshop 3: 09 and 10 May
Participants must attend all three workshops.

At the 5th edition of FEMTECH, 17 entrepreneurs graduated, completing the 4-month training program with workshops and business advisory sessions, covering areas such as entrepreneurship skills assessment; development of innovative business ideas; market definition & segmentation; positioning & growth strategies; and communication & personal development.
